My name is Inigo Leigh. I studied French and Italian at University College London and had a brief career as an Investment Banker in London before moving to Italy to join a start-up business. Since 2004 I have been living in Berlin, where I live with my partner, a lawyer, and work as a private investor and hobbyist musician. During recent times I have seen the emergence of Berlin as a promising city for residential property investment, which in combination with still low prices and extremely attractive interest rates makes it in my opinion a very exciting place to be investing.
