If you search for the other Etaler str apartment on this site you will see that these are the same pictures. This is to show what the apartment will likely look like after renovation. It is owned by the same person who owned the other one and will be renovated in the same way and to a very high standard. The other one was advertised on other sites at a mucvh higher price (80,500 on others - 69,950 on ours). You can choose to buy at 50,000 without renovation. The yield is an estimate - the owner estimates a higher yield but we are erring on the side of caution. After renovation the rent on the first apartment actually doubled.
