The gardebat rear of the house is quiet. On the ground floor there is an internet cafe. There is no noise from the S-bahn. One can hear the airoplanes at Tegel airport but closure of the airport is imminent.

Living room and hallway with real wood flooring, laminate in bedroom, kitchen and bathroom fully tiled, white walls, stucco ceilings. In November 2008 windows, walls and ceilings were freshly painted, two new doors fitted and parts of the bathroom were tiled. There is no more work anticipated on the apartment in the mid term.
