2 room Altbau flat with high ceilings (3,60m). All rooms accessible individually. A closet and a platform in the corridor offer lots of storage space inside the flat. There is also a dry cellar compartment in the basement of the building. In the front room (about 25m², oriented to SSW direction) there is a platform of appr. 10m² (the platforms can be removed). The back room, measuring a bit over 20m², gets enough daylight in spite of the flat's being located on the 2nd (for Americans: 3rd) floor. It's possible to sit in the backyard during the warm period of the year (see pictures). The rooms have wooden floors. Like the frontroom, the kitchen, due to its being oriented to SSW, gets a lot of daylight. There are bicycle stands in the back yard to which bikes' frames can be locked.

New front windows will be mounted this summer. A decision has been taken by the owners to paint the façade. There is currently 55,315 EUR in the sinking fund for larger works. The flat needs to be renovated, in particular kitchen and bathroom - the rent is estimated after renovation.
The flat is located in the quietest part of Blücherstraße, between Baerwald- and Schleiermacherstraße. The underground stations Gneisenaustraße, Südstern und Prinzenstraße are close by (5-10 minutes walk). Around the corner there are stops of the bus lines M41 and 140.
The location is good in particular for greenery enthusiasts and sportspeople. You reach Landwehrkanal (a tree-lined canal) and "Hasenheide" park on foot in little over 5 minutes. Popular Marheinekeplatz and Bergmannstraße are close (a 10 minutes' walk). Potsdamer Platz and Berlin-Mitte are a 10 minutes' bike ride away, by car it may even be faster if traffic allows.
